1) The competition is open to all UK residents aged 16 or over, except Orange employees, agents or their families or any company associated with this competition. In the event that a prize is won by an individual less than 18 years of age, acceptance of the prize will be confirmed with the person’s legal guardian.

2) Only one entry per email address.

3)All entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions.

4) Orange shall not be responsible for entries that are lost, corrupted or mis-transmitted. Proof of submission of your entry is not proof of receipt.

5) The winner will be notified by email by 12 noon on Thursday 18 September 2008 and will have until 12 noon on Thursday 16 October 2008 to confirm acceptance of their prize(s).

6) The prize is a Flip Video Ultra series camera.

7) The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.

8) The winner will be selected at random from the prize draw entrants of that day by an independent judging panel.

9) If the winner of the prize fails to, or is unable for any reason, to accept the prize or cannot be contacted within 28 days of the conclusion of the race, Orange reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant drawn at random.

10) Orange reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value and, in exceptional circumstances, to vary, amend or withdraw this competition on reasonable notice.

11) The winners and guests may be required and therefore consent to taking part in some publicity for Orange as required.

12) The judge's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered in to.

13) No purchase necessary.
